Swimming again after shoulder injury

Many thanks to Dr. Jain and physical therapy assistant, Kelli Gueho! I am swimming again. My shoulder injury kept me away from this exercise for many months and I wanted to return without risk of re-injury. I met with Dr. Jain who took the time to fully assess my range of motion and physical alignment. After a few sessions with Dr. Jain, she allowed me to work with Kelli Gueho in both the gym AND the pool for my physical therapy sessions. Their team approach is the best physical therapy plan I have ever received, and I am swimming again.
