Billing

Each physical therapy appointment will be 60 minutes or more of one-on-one care with a physical therapist. Kinetic Physical Therapy, LLC is an in-network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans. Please call your insurance company to verify your benefits and out-of-pocket expenses. Kinetic Physical Therapy, LLC will file the claims on your behalf. 

​Kinetic Physical Therapy, LLC is an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.  Kinetic Physical Therapy, LLC is happy to assist you by providing an itemized receipt, which you can send, as is, to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Direct Access

Kinetic Physical Therapy can provide physical therapy services without a prescription from a physician. This direct access allows you to call us directly and schedule an appointment. If it is determined that your condition requires a physician’s evaluation, you will be referred immediately.

In-home PT Evaluation & Treatment Session: $250/hour
Office Ergonomic Evaluation: $200 per workstation
Preventative Health Screening: $175
